Our work is about empowering people to communicate, speak their truth, and achieve their goals in their personal and professional lives. Effective communication is an important key to help people achieve their goals.

• Conflict Resolution Coaching: For relationship challenges with bosses, co-workers, children, teens, families, and other loved ones.
• Conflict Mediation: Both parties must agree to attend.
• Life Coaching weekly sessions: People work on relationships, building their business, having more balance in their life, achieving specific goals and to live life with more freedom, power, and self expression. Sessions usually run for 1 hour. (Once goals are starting to be successfully implemented, sessions can run for 30 minutes).
• Online dating coaching: (ad only or ad plus ongoing coaching)
• Singles/dating coaching
• Couples coaching
• Breakdown coaching: For those who have been coached before and want a 15 to 30 minute mini-coaching session from time to time to solve a breakdown and remain empowered. I will call you back within 24 hours for coaching.
• On the spot monthly coaching: For people who have been coached before. You can have unlimited access to spot coaching during the month and I will call you back within 24 hours. This type of coaching is great for people in transitions or going through difficult times at work, home, etc.
• Business Coaching: For people looking to start a new business, increase their income or for companies who want coaching on how to empower their team or resolve differences.
• Workshops: For organizations, businesses, or groups.
